Sam Erickson, Executive Producer / Director
Sam Erickson has long straddled the spheres of music and advertising. Beginning early in his career, he demonstrated a unique visual storytelling sensibility, bringing the musician’s process to the screen, taking pictures, filming documentaries and shooting music videos that introduced the world to Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer and My Morning Jacket. From there, he went on to create and produce content for Bravo, IFC and Fuse, as well as digital platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo. In the branded entertainment space, Sam has produced content for world-class brands such as American Express, Williams-Sonoma and Constellation Wines. His experience as a content creator gives him an insider’s edge in the lead role of Head of Production, as one who knows how to get things made, and what it takes. Sam has overseen original productions for Arcade clients such as KPMG and the MTA, as well as label partners Columbia Records, RCA Records, Epic Records, Legacy Recordings and Masterworks.
