Believe that anything you can imagine, you can make real. That’s the unifying brand message Sony Corporation needed to bring to life in an authentic way that would inspire and emotionally connect with their new target consumers – digital entertainment junkies. We developed an interactive platform and invited both consumers and Sony employees to share their stories of lifelong aspiration and success, made real by the magic of Sony. Thousands of submissions flooded in and a dozen short films were created. Each film featured a real person’s story, and was broadcast as part of the Make.Believe series launch at the Consumer Electronics Show 2010. Within just 6 months, the campaign had helped the brand forge a strong emotional connection with the wider Sony community.
